Custom menus suited for a party of eight or more.
To make sure we offer you the best culinary experience possible, the party must agree upon ONE of the three menus available.
Your order has to be placed at least three days before arriving.

served with herb aioli, grilled sour dough baguette with garlic, chili and fresh herbs topped with Gruyére cheese
Herb fried Swedish beef tenderloin
served with pommes noisette, lemon and butter-fried cabbage, fried onion rings, red wine sauce, béarnaise butter and tomato and onion salad
Crema catalana
flavored with orange and served with chocolate ice cream, compote with mixed citrus fruit, passion fruit, mint and astina cress

Hand peeled shrimp topped with bleak roe and pickled red onion served with butter fried toast, crispy herb salad and dill vinaigrette
Butter-baked cod loin
topped with dill and bleak roe served with lobster ravioli, lobster sauce, raw fried cauliflower, sourdough crumble with lemon and fresh herbs
Blueberry tartelette
filled with vanilla, lemon and yoghourt pannacotta topped with vanilla boiled blueberries and sereved with Tahiti vanilla ice cream, crushed lemon meringue and fresh lemon balm

Cognac-scented lobster bisque served with seafood tartar with lobster and crayfish, cheese toast, green oil and shiso cress
Herb fried corn chicken breast from Bjärred
served with thyme and rosemary baked poatoes, tarragon fried carrots, butter-fried mushrooms and dried plum tomatoes with tomato and chervil beurre blanc
Raspberry soufflé
served with raspberry ice cream, fresh raspberries filled with chocolate, rum truffle and toasted white chocolate
